1. Why are you so affordable?

Our aim has always been to deliver reliable and high quality lab service at a competitive price. 

 In order to make this an ongoing reality we combine quality control, inspection, design, and manufacture with both our UK and international laboratory. This allows us to maintain a high standard of work, whilst maximising efficiency and reducing our costs – where savings can be passed onto you!

2. What quality assurance systems do you have?

We operate a strict quality assurance system in line with the most stringent UK and International guidelines and laws. EVERY stage of manufacture is then closely monitored and quality checked for EVERY job, this guarantees the lowest possible defect rate. We do not accept compromises!

We are registered with the MHRA and have certification for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 to ensure every job complies with UK and International requirements, giving you peace of mind. We are also DAMAS registered, ensuring that we go the extra mile for every case.

In fact we are so confident with our quality that all our Lab Work comes with a lifetime guarantee!

3. Why are you different from other labs?

We aim to deliver you with a consistently outstanding level of service.

On hand we have both clinical and non-clinical staff ready to help with every aspect of your request. Our friendly administrators will look after all the paperwork and logistics of your job, our technicians are available by phone or email to discuss any technical laboratory matters. Plus, we are owned by a Dentist – we find that this gives us an insight into what the Dentist wants and needs, allowing us to adapt our service specifically for your ease and reliability.

4. How do I send my first case?

Sending your cases to Veus Dental Labs could not be easier!

Contact us to register yourself with Veus Dental Labs and send in your first case, there are no registration fees or administrative charges. You will be sent a starter pack or alternatively you can download a Lab Sheet and postage labels from the “Download Area”.

5. How long does it take to receive my lab work?

Once we receive your case we aim to complete the work as swiftly and efficiently as possible. 

Fixed Restorations = 10 working days

Removable Appliances = 7 working days
