In order to make this an ongoing reality we combine quality control, inspection, design, and manufacture with both our UK and international laboratory.
This allows us to maintain a high standard of work, whilst maximising efficiency and reducing our costs - where savings can be passed onto you!
What quality assurance systems do you have?
We operate a strict quality assurance system in line with the most stringent UK and International guidelines and laws.
From the moment your work reaches us it is inspected thoroughly by a GDC registered master technician to certify that we have everything needed to get the perfect result. EVERY stage of manufacture is then closely monitored and quality checked for EVERY job, this guarantees the lowest possible defect rate. We do not accept compromises!
We are registered with the MHRA and have certification for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 to ensure every job complies with UK and International requirements, giving you peace of mind. In addition every job is issued with a materials certification to show you exactly what has been used to fabricate the medical device.

Why are you different from all the other labs?
We aim to deliver you with an outstanding level of service.
On hand we have both clinical and non-clinical staff ready to help with every aspect of your request. Our friendly administrators will look after all the paperwork and logistics of your job, our technicians are available by phone or email to discuss any technical laboratory matters; plus our Dentists will be on hand to discuss and review any other specific requests you may have.
We aim to deliver a fully comprehensive end to end service.
How do I send you my first case?
It's really simple. Firstly call or email us to setup a new account, it only takes a few minutes.
We will then send you a starter kit with everything you need to get going.
Treat your patient as normal, fill out our lab docket, package everything up, and pop it in our free post packaging.
How long does it take from sending impression to receiving the work back?
Once we receive your impression we will swiflty process your work and return it to you within 10 working days.
What if something goes wrong?
Our remake rate is less than 2%, and we are contantly striving to ensure we do everything to keep it as low as possible.
We really want you to have the perfect work first time. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with something, we will quickly arrange for our technicians to contact you, and do everything to resolve your case efficiently.
